Hot off the presses,
Ajahn Dtun (Thiracitto) autobiography in PDF format, I hacked it and built a table of contents for an EPUB and AZW3 version.
Unfortunately, the html formatting got mangled slightly, all the text comes out in bold instead of normal type. But I'd still much rather read that in reflowable and easy to read EPUB format on my kindle than a PDF any day.
