meditation, taiji, qigong repeating timer

what does this app do

The default android device clock timer doesn't have a repeating timer,
and it limits the number of timers you have to 3.
So I built my own.

Uses similar interface to android.

Some useful things I use it for:

Repeating 5 min. timer, looping 6 times.

Standing meditation on one leg.
Every 5 minutes I switch from one leg to the other.

If you want to train yourself and loosen your hips and legs,
for full lotus, half lotus, or no lotus,

You can alternate between walking and sitting meditation,

setting the timer for 20 min interval that loops 3 or 4 times.

Give yourself a time limit for answering your emails, reading world news, etc.

for example, if I want to focus morning on meditation, give myself a 30 minute time limit
by setting 10 minute interval 3 times looping,
to accomplish that.

30m or 60m intervals for sedentary workers

every interval take a minute to stretch, move around, do 10 pushups, do a handstand, do some pullups, recollect the Buddha, Dhamma, asubha, etc.

power naps without snooze

I set a timer for 5 min. looping infinity, and then just actually get up when my body is ready, I never have to hit a snooze button. It tells you how many loops were done, so you get to know your body how much nap you actually need.

why should I trust this app

I built this myself with AI, flutter, codebase builds windows and android apps.
My googledrive links, no malware on it.
My gmail account has 2FA, so no one's going to be hacking my account and adding malware to my apps.
Both windows and android give you scary messages when you download and try to encourage you not to install untrusted apps.
You can trust me.

AN 9.36, MN 64, MN 111: How does Ajahn Brahm and Sujato's "Jhāna" work here?

What these 3 suttas have in common, AN 9.36, MN 64, MN 111, is the very interesting feature of explicitly describing doing vipassana, while one is in the jhāna and the first 3 formless attainments. LBT (late buddhist text) apologists, as well as Sujato, Brahm, claim that the suttas describe a jhāna where one enters a disembodied, frozen state, where vipassana is impossible until one emerges from that 'jhāna'.  Since Sujato translated all the suttas, let's take a look at what he translated, and how it supports his interpretation of 'jhāna'.  AN 9.36: Jhānasutta—Bhikkhu Sujato (suttacentral.net) ‘The first absorption is a basis for ending the defilements.’ ‘Paṭhamampāhaṁ,   bhikkhave,   jhānaṁ   nissāya   āsavānaṁ   khayaṁ   vadāmī’ti,   iti   kho   panetaṁ   vuttaṁ. Wikipedia (sanskrit dictionary entry 'viveka') Viveka (Sanskrit: विवेक, romanized: viveka) is a Sanskrit and Pali term translated into English as discernment or discrimination.[1] According to Rao and Paranjpe, viveka can be explained more fully as: Sense of discrimination; wisdom; discrimination between the real and the unreal, between the self and the non-self, between the permanent and the impermanent; discriminative inquiry; right intuitive discrimination; ever present discrimination between the transient and the permanent.[2]: 348  The Vivekachudamani is an eighth-century Sanskrit poem in dialogue form that addresses the development of viveka. Within the Vedanta tradition, there is also a concept of vichara which is one t...
